  1. Why is the end of my bio on my profile page cut off?

    You are only allowed 2000 characters for your bio. Make sure you are not over the allowed amount. If you cut and paste your bio from a word document be sure to check and see how many characters you have left so your bio does not get cut off. If you have more than 2000 characters it will be cut off.
     
  2. Why won't my photo upload?

    Make sure your photo is no more than 5MB in size.
    Make sure your photo is one of these allowed formats: jpg, gif, bmp or png.
     
  3. Why can't I click zoom to enlarge my photo like other members?

    You did not upload a full-size photo (photo was too small). Also, please do not upload a thumbnail photo from another website.
     
  4. My photo is appearing blurry?

    You did not upload a full-size photo (photo was too small). Please do not upload a thumbnail photo from another website. Our site will configure the uploaded image to our photo size specifications, therefore if you uploaded a small image it will be stretched to meet our site specifications and appear blurry.
     
  5. How do I upgrade my membership to add more photos to my profile page?

    If you want to keep your same username, password and LOS # you will have to send an email to support@lotsofstyle.com identifying yourself by username and LOS #. If you would like to delete your old profile and upgrade to a new membership, send an email to support@lotsofstyle.com requesting a cancellation of your current membership. Once your old profile has been cancelled and deleted from the system, you may go back into the "JOIN" page and select your upgraded membership and re-create your new profile page. Once you create a new profile page you will also be issued a new LOS #.
     
  6. What types of photos should I upload as my avatar and to my profile page?

    You have seconds to grab the attention of visitors to this site. This site was created for visitors to quickly and easily view the portfolios of fashion stylists. We strongly encourage that you upload photos of your WORK.
     
  7. How Can I become a Featured Stylist on the LOS homepage?

    Stylists are chosen at random by LOS Reps.
